"Had the loveliest experience at Haute Dolci (Trafford Centre) today! Our waitress Ruqayah was an absolute star — super friendly, patient, and had that perfect balance of professionalism and personality. She made our visit feel extra special (and deserves a raise for putting up with how indecisive we were ). We ordered the Mango Tropique mocktail — so refreshing it could probably fix all of life’s problems — and the Ferrero Sundae, which honestly should come with a warning label because it’s dangerously addictive . The Kunafa with strawberries was the perfect twist — crispy, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. If you go, ask for Ruqayah — she’ll make sure your dessert experience is as smooth as that Ferrero gelato!"

"Lovely service even during a late night rush. If I could recommend; propose to guests if they would like the sauce to be poured on top or provided in a side pot. That would make the dish more approachable to people who aren’t comfortable with sweetness"

"Ruqiyya is very entertaining! Lots of fun banter - definitely gave us a run for our money. She seems to enjoy her job and interacting with customers. We got the full Karen experience tonight! Oh and the food was great. Couldn’t quite work out for sure if the item I asked for was actually sold out or she was having us on. I opted for a waffle and it was delicious! Chai was lovely - though a little on the sweet side. Will come again."

"Stopped in for a dessert break with friends because the cakes looked amazing and they did not disappoint! We had a fantastic experience. Our server, Lexy, was incredibly sweet and helpful, and the manager was also lovely and very accommodating. The Matilda chocolate cake was absolutely divine. Would definitely come back!"
